Ordering Information
Step 1: Getting
us your Artwork or Logo
For fastest response,
please email us your logo, jpeg attachments work
best but we can use almost any format. Otherwise the Post Office works just fine in getting us
logos.
Step 2:
Approving your Proof Before embroidering or
silkscreening your logo we will send you a "proof" of your
design via email or fax. After our digitizers have turned your
logo into stitches, we will embroider it on a piece of fabric.
We then take a digital picture of your logo and email the photo to
you. Your shirts or caps will look exactly like the photo
proof you receive.
Step 3:
Embroidering Once you have approved the proof - we
ship most orders in about one week. Repeat orders usually ship
in less than a week.
Step 4:
Shipping
All orders are shipped via
UPS ground from Buffalo, New York. You may wish to
have your order shipped overnight carrier, or even freight
collect. All are perfectly acceptable with us.
Determining
your order size
- Our minimum order for embroidery
is one dozen pieces per style. However you can mix sizes.
For example a common
small order would be 4 size medium, 4 size large, and 4 size
extra-large = 12 pieces total (note:
they must all be the same color). You do not have to order
in multiples of 12. For example 39 shirts would be a acceptable
order, as long as the total is over 12 pieces. (If 12 pieces
of one item is many, you might want to consider our small business
package).
- Our minimum order for
Silk-Screening is 48 pieces.
Digitizing
Fees and Set Up charges
If you have had your logo
embroidered before and you have the design on disk, simply email or
mail us the logo on disk (it should be in a program that has converted
the design into stitches, the most common format is called Tajima)
"Average" set up
fee for embroidery is $35.00.
The
set up fee is determined by the complexity of the design and the
number of stitches. The set up costs for
silk-screening is $15 per color.
We have over
20,000 designs in stock. If you don't
have a logo, you can use some of our designs in stock to "spruce up" your shirts
